Sol Wellness is a collaboration between two best friends with radically different wellness modalities to offer all people a place to find community and healing for their mind, body, and spirit.
We offer different services, programs, and events geared to combat loneliness, stress, and isolation by promoting a healthy lifestyle through mental resilience, body movement, and community.
Through our retreats, you are able to come out of your stressful environment to a gentle landing pad for your nervous system. While nestled into this safe and supportive space, we will introduce and practice lasting skills, so when you return home you can make healthy changes and go on to help yourself, your family, and your community thrive.
Some of our favorite topics to teach are: building resilience through boundary setting, finding creative outlets to connect to the inner child, cultivating joy, and nurturing the connection to the body. Practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, and outdoor body movement are provided for all body sizes and abilities.

I am a prana vinyasa yoga teacher and a lifelong student of tantric yoga. My classes and offerings are a weaving of my studies of North American Indigenous peoples' perspective and practices, Tibetan Buddhism, and my own experiences which have been layered with loss, joy, struggle, connection, grief, and ecstatic play. I am especially drawn to contrast, and in my offerings you can expect to experience powerful asana, deep dives into rest, a humorous candor, and moments of full-bodied serenity.
